A Place in the Sun buyer breaks down in tears as Cyprus property tour takes emotional turn
A PLACE in the Sun expert Jasmine Harman caused her potential buyer to break down in tears after their Cyprus property hunt took an emotional turn.
The Channel 4 show sees a couple being taken around a sunshine-laden foreign country on the hunt for a potential home.
Property expert Jasmine Harman, 47, was joined by Pauline and Christopher who were looking for the perfect home in Peyia, Cyprus.
With a budget of £80,000 and hoping for a place by the sea, the Channel 4 presenter began by asking the pair what it was about the place they loved so much.
Chatting to the mum-of-two, Christopher told her: "It's just the natural beauty of the place, people are friendly," with Pauline adding: "We do like to be daring.
"So we go paragliding, we'll have a go at the jet skis! We will give anything a go."

Discussing what sort of thing they were looking for, the couple revealed they wanted “two bedrooms", "a reasonable size balcony and a communal pool”.
Although Jasmine found them two properties that impressed the couple, it was the third abode that left Christopher in tears.
Walking onto one of the apartment’s balconies, they were left in awe by the panoramic views of the sea and the mountains.
It also came with two bedrooms, a communal pool, and a second balcony, all for the very reasonable price of £80,508.

It was clear the adventurous couple were speechless at the sheer size of the place and already began thinking about what aspects their grandchildren would like.
Standing on the balcony, Jasmine asked them what they thought.
Pauline replied: "Oh my, look at that view and look at those mountains! It's amazing."
Chris added: "Speechless."
Jasmine couldn’t help but notice the emotion, commenting: "You seem like you're blown away, to be honest, Chris, have you got a little something in your eye over there?"
He admitted: "I can't believe this. This is everything that we want, this is just the perfect place I think.
"I can see it, sitting there drinking coffee and looking out at the view, you have hit the nail on the head."
Thrilled with their reaction, Jasmine said: "I just want to give you a hug... oh Chris! This is a big moment, I really feel it!"
After spending some time discussing their options, the couple told Jasmine they would be putting an offer in on the third property.
When it came time to reveal if Christopher and Pauline had got the flat, the presenter looked like she was getting teary herself.
