A PLACE in the Sun's Jasmine Harman has set pulses racing in a plunging dress to promote the new series.

Fans have been left delighted as the Channel 4 property show made its highly anticipated return this week.

It sees Brits looking to sell up or simply find their perfect holiday home in sunnier climates.

And one of the show's most beloved presenters Jasmine Harman has set pulses racing.

The 47-year-old posted a snap on her official Instagram account to promote A Place in the Sun's return.

She wore a plunging summer dress with a tropical leaf print as she showed off her bronze complexion.

Alongside the picture, she wrote: "The Brand New Series of A Place in the Sun started yesterday on @channel4!

"I know so many of you have been waiting for these new episodes!

"Today at 4pm I’m in Cyprus finding Pauline & Chris their dream holiday home for £80k!"

Fans flooded Jasmine's replies with compliments, as one said: "A lovely picture of a lovely lady."

A second said: "Watched you today, looking good."

"Loving your dress Jasmine you look amazing," said a third.

While a fourth said: "What a lovely couple and you look great young lady."

Meanwhile, Jasmine Harman caused her potential buyer to break down in tears after their Cyprus property hunt took an emotional turn.

With a budget of £80,000 and hoping for a place by the sea, the Channel 4 presenter began by asking the pair what it was about the place they loved so much.

A Place in the Sun airs weekdays from 4pm on Channel 4.
