On social media, the Channel 4 host keeps fans up to date on her life.

Laura, 40, gave her 181k followers on Instagram a look at her recent filming location, Barcelona.

The star posed in a blue floral dress while on the sunny beach.

Her makeup looked flawless and consisted off a light shimmery eyeshadow, black mascara and pink matte lipstick.

Laura's blonde short locks were straightened and left down.

She captioned the post: "Some of the beaches around Barcelona are just beautiful! What a treat getting to work and film here..."
