BBC Breakfast’s Charlie Stayt forced to present alone as Naga Munchetty leaves studio
BBC Breakfast’s Charlie Stayt had to present the show alone this morning as Naga Munchetty left the studio.
The flagship Beeb programme is usually hosted by Naga, 48 and Charlie, 60, Thursdays to Saturdays.
As this morning’s programme came on air at 6am Charlie was forced to present alone as Naga wasn’t in the studio.
The presenter instead joined Charlie from Westminster Abbey where she reported live about the Coronation of Charles III and Camilla.
Naga, spoke to a royal correspondent about the big day while Charlie continued to take BBC viewers through the latest news on his own.
She looked stylish in a bright red elegant coat and a blue and purple scarf.
Her make-up was immaculate, with her usual smoky eyeliner and pink glossy lipstick.
Previously, the journalist has been noticeably absent from the show a few weeks ago.
But she was back on the iconic red sofa with Charlie yesterday, and fans loved what she was wearing.
They were left swooning over Naga Munchetty’s “spectacular'” outfit as she returned to the show.
Naga looked fantastic for her first show of the week, wearing a cropped black double breasted suit jacket and trousers.
She wore a white scoop necked top underneath the jacket, which featured metallic buttons and statement shoulders.
