I'M A Celebrity star Dean Gaffney has hinted at a secret feud with a campmate while suggesting they "had their reasons" for entering the jungle.
The EastEnders actor, 45, was booted out of the ITV show this week.
The new I'm A Celebrity South Africa season was filmed last year and Dean admitted the campmates had already been chatting on a WhatsApp group.
Yet the Robbie Jackson star hinted at a frosty relationship when he appeared live on Thursday's Good Morning Britain.
As hosts Susanna Reid, 52, and Adil Ray, 49, praised him for being nice and "diplomatic" towards his second jungle experience, they dug further for any dirt.
Dean said: "I don't think anyone was playing a game.

"I think everyone got on really well.
"Everyone is a character there. I think Janice had her reasons for going in.
"Everyone had their own little time on the show too."
He was referring to American model Janice Dickinson who was forced to quit the camp on doctor's orders.

Before she quit, Janice stunned fans as she launched into a sweary rant at Joe Swash.
She also took a catty swipe at hosts Ant and Dec.
Meanwhile, Dean was sent home alongside Helen Flanagan as the latest I'm A Celeb episode hit screens.
Talking of his show exit, the soap favourite told the camera: "Do you know what? I'm done. I have had an amazing time and I've not laughed like that for years."
