NETFLIX fans have been left "traumatised" after watching new documentary House of Secrets: The Burari Deaths.

This docuseries examines chilling truths and theories around the deaths of 11 members of a Delhi family.

Ten of the Chundawat family had been found hanged at their home and all had their mouths and eyes taped shut, police said.

Their blindfolded bodies were found alongside notes about "mystical practices".

A woman who appeared to be in her sixties was found blindfolded and hanging from a door frame, while the body of another woman in her eighties was discovered on the hall floor, reports .

Many viewers have been left with chills after watching the terrifying three-part series.

One wrote: "Never seen Netflix prepare a better documentary than House of secrets…it gave me sleepless nights for weeks and i was scared to give go around in my home at night."

Another posted: "I wanna watch that house of secrets documentary on Netflix but the reviews I’ve seen are terrifying."

"I hate you for this just because of this tweet I went to watch House of secrets that too at night when I live alone without my family I am literally traumatised now I can't sleep tonight why did I do this to myself," a third said.

A fourth said: "I watched House of Secrets and now I can’t sleep."

A fifth frightened viewer said: "House of Secrets: worst movie scared me till now I can’t sleep alone! That was so disturbing what the heck.

"It's objectively a good documentary, the way they pieced the story together. But the theme itself, the whole thing, what went down in that house."

Someone else echoed: "Randomly watched The House of Secrets after work and now I can't sleep."

"I really shouldn't have watched the creepy house of secrets :The Burari death documentary on Netflix. Now the scenes running in my head rent free and I can't sleep," another added.
