Megan Barton-Hanson undergoes ‘facial slimming’ procedure after quitting The Big Celebrity Detox
LOVE Island star Megan Barton-Hanson has undergone a new 'facial slimming' procedure in a bid to look her best self.
The beauty could be seen being injected with needles as she enjoyed a recent round of beauty treatments.
Megan, 29, could be seen having a variety of top-ups to keep her looking youthful with one procedure being to receive a slimmer face.
The procedure is known as a Masseter B-Tox and can help to slim down an individual's face and created a more defined V-shaped profile.
As well as the cosmetic efforts, it can also be helped to ease pain related to a clenched jaw and to prevent teeth from grinding.
It would appear that Megan felt more at home with procedures of a medical practitioner after she quit E4 show The Big Celebrity Detox after being uncomfortable with the extreme procedures featured on the show.
More on Megan Barton-Hanson
Megan left the programme after just one episode in a shock blow to producers after being unable to take on the number of different wacky treatments the cast of celebs were subjected to.
One of the shocking and bizarre treatments Megan endured led to her and her co-stars violently throwing up in a bid to rid themselves of negative thoughts and feelings.
During the series opener, Megan was left projectile vomiting as part of the ritual which saw the group consume pinon blanco seeds to purge their bodies of 'trauma and fear'.
They were left aggressively chundering while heavily tattooed therapist Chris bashed away on a drum and his accomplice warbled nearby.

Megan's early exit from the show will have come as no surprise to Sun readers after we revealed that she had quit filming last year.
The star walked out after just two days when filming took place in September last year.
A TV insider said: “Megan realised very quickly into filming that the show was a bit too much for her.
"The ‘treatments’ are really full-on and quite radical, and she just felt like she had bitten off more than she could chew.
"It wasn’t the show’s fault, they were upfront about what she was signing up for, but Megan didn’t really appreciate the reality of how intense it all would be until she got on set."
