"We’re currently in discussions with Lorri because obviously before when I was pregnant with Sunday, it was just me as a single parent.
“But now obviously doing this experience with him, I do have to cross things past him, so we’re currently in discussions, but I just want to capture that moment.”
Ferne didn't give away any further details about her birth, other than revealing that she has "a vision" for what it will look like.
It comes after Ferne showed off her huge baby bump as she posed for a snap with her former co-star James Argent.
The pair were all smiles as they cosied up at a red carpet event for the photo.
Ferne, who is expecting her second child with her fiancé Lorrie Haines, looked stunning in a bright green gown.
