A PLACE in the Sun's Laura Hamilton was left stunned when a couple refused to view a property in the latest episode of the Channel 4 show.
Janine and Mark were searching for their perfect holiday home in the Western Dordogne region of France.
The husband and wife stated that they were looking to buy the house with Mark's mother and that they had a total budget of £230,000.
With this healthy sum they revealed they were looking for somewhere with plenty of room and land.
Laura, 41 found the couple five properties, but things did not go as planned.
The first one was a four-bedroom house in La Négrerie with about an acre of ground and even a swimming pool.

The property was listed for just over £204,000, but Mark and Janine didn't seem to like it because it wasn't "big enough" and they said it was "just a box."
Mark added: "There's just no character, it's just not doing it."
After viewing a few others that they weren't delighted with, the pair appeared to be thrilled with the fourth, so much so that they refused to even look at the fifth.
The three-bedroom property in Saint-Géraud-de-Corps was listed for slightly more than £200,000.

Laura asked them if they wanted to see the fifth property.
She asked:"Isn't it at least worth a chance?"
Janine responded firmly: "I don't want to like it, I like the previous property."
The A Place in the Sun host appeared a little taken aback when the couple declined to see the last place she had found them.
The pair were so impressed with property number four that they decided to make an offer of £190,000 and it got accepted.
