Angry BGT fans all have the same complaint about “annoying” part of latest live show
BRITAIN’S Got Talent viewers were left covering their ears in the latest semi-final thanks to a “screamer” in the audience.
The overzealous woman spent much of the two-hour live episode on Thursday evening exercising her vocal cords every time the crowd clapped and cheered.
Fans at home grew so fed up that they muted their TVs and begged BGT bosses to ‘throw her out’ of the audience.
Others joked that she would be needing throat lozenges by Friday morning. One viewer even tweeted a link a box of Strepsils with next day delivery.
Another fan asked: “Can they buzz that screamer?”
Someone else tweeted: “Security drag out the screamer I beg.”
A third added: “Had to mute the tv between acts because of the screamer, completely ruined the show for us tonight.”
And a fourth mused: “Tweets on #bgt tonight have been 10% about the judges, 20% about the acts and 70% about the screamer.”
BGT’s live semi finals are taking place live every night on ITV1 this week.
Thursday’s show opened with an appearance from 80s kids’ TV legend Mr Blobby, as he attempted to steal Simon Cowell’s judging seat.
Eight acts one again performed for Simon, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli, with two going through to Sunday’s live final – child star Malakai Bayoh and aerialists Duo Odyssey.
But fans were unimpressed by one of the acts.
During the show, Noodle the cartoon cat was unmasked – and revealed as a former Britain’s Got Talent finalist.
