SUSAN Boyle shocked Britain's Got Talent fans as she revealed her secret health battle as she made a surprise appearance on the show that brought her to stardom.
The superstar singer made the revelation after appearing as a surprise guest during the final of the ITV talent contest.
Having duetted with X Factor star Lucie Jones on the song that made her a star, I Dreamed a Dream, she opened up to hosts Ant and Dec about her fears that her illness may have prevented her from 'ever performing again'.
Susan admitted that last April she suffered from a minor stroke.
It left her questioning if she would ever be able to sing again.
The 62-year-old told the audience: "It feels great [to be back] - it's extra special for me actually because last April I suffered a minor stroke .

"And I thought I wouldn't get back on stage and I have done it."
It is believed to be Susan's first performance since her secret health battle.
Show judge Simon Cowell thanked her for making a return to the stage and insisted that the show owed a lot to the Scottish star.
He admitted he was aware of Susan's health and was left stunned by her pitch perfect performance.
