Who is Luke Tittensor and why was he sacked from Emmerdale?
HOUSE of the Dragon fans may recognise him easily after he shot to international fame with his role in the HBO series.
Prior to his time in Westeros, Luke Tittensor was well-known for his stint in Emmerdale but he was sacked for a shocking reason.
Who is Luke Tittensor and who did he play in Emmerdale?
The thirty-two-year-old star was cast in the Game of Thrones prequel as Ser Arryk Cargyll while his twin brother Elliott portrays Arryk's sibling Ser Erryk.
While this isn't the first time the pair of brothers star in the same show, they were previously accustomed to share roles.
Both Luke and Elliott appeared in the first series of Channel 4's Shameless as Carl Gallagher.
However, soon after their debut, Luke spread his wings and left Elliot to play Carl on his own as he headed off to Emmerdale.
More Emmerdale
Luke joined the ITV soap in 2003, taking on the role of troublesome Darren "Daz" Eden.
Daz first rocked up in the Dales on October 9, 2003, as Andy Sugden's half-brother.
He was initially introduced as a troublemaker with a history of stealing cars but progressively tried to get himself back on the right track.
The lad was involved in plenty of dramatic storylines but, off-screen, Luke Tittensor would have some legal drama of his own which would ultimately result in his exit from the Yorkshire-based program.
