The Traitors returns to BBC next month with new series – but there’s a twist
THE TRAITORS returns to the BBC next month with a brand new series - but there's a twist.
The brand new reality format had millions hooked when it made its debut late last year.
It sees 22 strangers compete in a series of missions for a chance to win £120k.
However, amongst the players lie the 'Traitors', who meet in secret and decide who to eliminate from their fellow players known as 'Faithfuls'.
Strictly Come Dancing host Claudia Winkleman presents the show.
While Beeb execs announced The Traitors will be back for a second series, fans don't have long to wait until they can get their fix.

The Australian version of the show has been acquired by the BBC and will begin airing this summer.
It will land as a 12 episode boxset on BBC iPlayer at 6am on Sunday July 9th 2023 and will also be broadcast on BBC Three.

It comes as applications for series two of The Traitors UK is still open for hopefuls to apply.

Mike Cotton, who is the producer of The Traitors, previously told The Sun how the second series would be different.
Speaking at the BAFTAs, Mike said: "It's going to be totally different for series two, like all good murder mysteries.
"Everybody knows how to play the game now. We'll have to turn it on it's head."
He added: "There are always twists and turns of the game. There will be new twists and turns, there is so much more we can do with it."
