Anne was facing off against a contestant called Niall, who was eliminated after losing to the brainy 64-year-old.

Following the result, she quipped: "Well you did try very hard and you nearly got there, just a little bit too thick."

However, in a shocking comeback, he replied: "Your waistline is a little bit too thick."

The cruel swipe left Bradley and the audience gasping.

As the contestant left the stage, Bradley turned to Anne and branded him a "cheeky young thing".

Anne previously unveiled her slimmer than ever appearance at an awards ceremony.

She looked sensational as she posed for pictures in her navy blue dress.

Her fellow Chaser Mark Labbett was also there, and looked as handsome as ever as he showed off his slimmer physique.
