EASTENDERS fans are sickened as Kim Fox was sent to prison tonight for suffering a panic attack.
Viewers know Kim - played by actress Tameka Empson - has been struggling with her mental health since she caused a car accident that could have cost stepson Denzel his life.
Her appearance in court to face those charges left her feeling even worse and she was convinced she would be sent to prison.
But as the evidence was presented Kim began to struggle.
Unable to breathe, she begged to be let out and caused a commotion in the court.
And while her family and her lawyer knew that she was suffering a panic attack, the judge and the guards did not.

Kim was restrained as she screamed: “Please let me out, I can’t breathe. I can’t breathe.”
Denise jumped up and shouted: “She’s not well. Help her.”
But the judge didn’t listen and instead ordered Kim into prison.
“I cannot have court disrupted,” she said above the objections of Kim’s lawyer insisting she was having a panic attack.
