ESCAPE to the Chateau star Dick Strawbridge's lookalike son left fans hot under the collar.

James Strawbridge is the son of the engineering expert from his first marriage to environmentalist Brigit A. Weiner.

James, 39, shared a new image to his Instagram grid page, where he opened up on his health tips and tricks.

The chef could be seen basking in the sunshine with closed eyes as he held a small cup of coffee in his left hand whilst he leaned against his window.

The personality captioned the post: "Coffee naps - I swear by them.

"Perfect remedy for a Monday afternoon… drink a coffee then nap for 20mins.

"Gain the benefits of both caffeine and sleep - ready to rock n roll again 💤 ☕️ 💥."

And fans swarmed the comments section underneath as they noticed the link to the Escape to the Chateau star.

Many couldn't help express their thoughts as they saw a striking resemblance to his famous father, Dick Strawbridge, 63.
