I was in EastEnders and had a huge love story with a show legend – now I’ve quit acting and have a big job in the city
FORMER EastEnders actress Bindya Solanki has well and truly turned her back on acting after landing a top London job.
The star was most known for appearing on the BBC soap opera as Nita Mistry.
Nita was a regular character in Walford between 2001 and 2003 and even had a guest stint on the show in 2019.
Her character was famously remebered for being the love interest for Dean Gaffney's character Robbie Jackson.
However, now actress Bindya appears to have turned her back on the spotlight after finding happiness in a brand new role.
These days she is working as an Associate Director at Alchemis Ltd, a newly-created business agency.

According to her LinkedIn profile she "manages different marketing agencies covering different disciplines from digital, PR, video production, executive search, marketing communications, design and branding and full service creative."
Her account further reads: "I advise each agency on a new business strategy; and help define or clarify their proposition. I work alongside them to help grow their business."
The role is a far cry from her acting days of being in love with Robbie Jackson.
Bindya's Twitter profile also confirms that she has a wife and a dughter where she jokes she is a "provider to both".
