NAGA Munchetty has been flooded with support from BBC Breakfast fans after she shared a picture from a hospital bed.
Naga, 47, was on BBC Breakfast this morning alongside Ben Thompson instead of her usual co-host, Charlie Stayt.
But once the show was over, she headed off to a medical facility so she could donate blood for a good cause.
As she lay on the bed - still in the outfit she wore on the show - Naga talked her fans through the process while hooked up to a machine which was taking her blood.
She said: "I've just done the Breakfast shift and just nipped in to give some blood, it will BE over in about 15 to 20 minutes.
"I'm feeling good but the thing that makes me feel most good is that hopefully it will save someone's life."

In the caption alongside the video she wrote: "Good morning! @bbcbreakfast work done.
"Now giving a little bit of me to hopefully make someone's day a bit better in the future."
Naga was immediately flooded with replies from her fans, with one writing: "Thank you, and thank you too everyone else who donates blood. I needed 5 units back in 2015, and I might not be here without the people who donated that blood. Forever grateful."
Another added: "Good work Naga, and hopefully seeing this will convince others to do it!"

A third joked: "You even manage to look Beautiful Giving blood."
Hours after her donation, Naga was clearly feeling fine as she took to Twitter to share a snap of an espresso martini cocktail.
She wrote above it: "Out with my work buddies - And starting with the prettiest espresso martini I've ever seen!"
A fan replied: "Remember, not too many if you're up bright and early tomorrow!"
Another added: "Looks delicious Naga see you in the morning."
BBC Breakfast airs daily from 6am on BBC One.
