TV shepherdess Amanda Owen’s lover is divorcing his estranged wife.
Robert Davies, 71, had a secret five-year fling with Amanda, 48, star of Channel Five’s Our Yorkshire Farm.
Their affair was exposed in April by Robert’s wife Yasumi, 56, after she found a love letter from Amanda in the boot of his car.
It read: “Robert, life is too short and happiness is too rare. I love you.”
Five-times married web designer Robert is now preparing for another divorce — in the hope of marrying mum-of-nine Amanda.
She split from her co-star husband Clive, 68, last year after 21 years together.

A source said: “Robert has begun divorce proceedings with Yasumi.
“She’s finding it very difficult and stressful. It’s been a terrible 12 months for her and it’s not getting any easier.
"Robert has moved into a rented property and is pushing to get the legal process sorted.
“Yasumi suspects he wants to get the divorce done as soon as possible so that he and Amanda can be together.”
