COUNTDOWN star Rachel Riley left fans blushing after making a racy confession on the Channel 4 show today.

The game show co-host, 37, shared the title of her favourite motivational song with viewers this afternoon- and it was NSFW.

Colin Murray was discussing hit tune Eye of the Tiger when he asked Rachel what the motivational song she uses to amp herself up.

She admitted: "If you're in the gym you probably maybe want to get fit, lose a bit of weight.

"So, I Like You So Much Better When You're Naked. That's a good one."

The naughty song titles didn't stop there, as she added: "Maybe I Think We're Alone Now."

A shocked Colin responded: "For motivation?"

And Rachel doubled down, singing the lyrics: "Running just fast as you can - I'm quite literal, it's quite Homes Under the Hammer."

The Channel 4 star previously opened up about her marriage struggles to The Sun Online, saying that they are "ships that pass in the night" because of their busy work schedules.

She shares two children with her partner, ex-Strictly star Pasha Kovalev, and shared that it's often a challenge to squeeze in alone time with her hubby.

Rachel said: "I guess it's family time as much as anything at the moment. We have a rare date night because he's going to be away for quite a long time.

"But when you first get together, if they're away for three months and you've only been together a month, it's a big deal.

"But when you've been together the best part of a decade and you can see a future of how ever many more decades that you get together, it kind of changes your perspective."

They went on their first date night in four years two days ago, as she shared a snap of her husband fast asleep on her shoulder.
