PAGE 3 legend Sam Fox was left fighting back tears on The One Show as she opened up on her secret heartache surrounding her upcoming Celebrity MasterChef appearance.
The 57 year old glamour model was left emotional as she revealed why the TV project meant so much to her.
Sam was sitting alongside her co-stars, Love Island winner and presenter Dani Dyer and BBC Radio 2 reporter Richie Anderson as they chatted about the new series of the show.
As hosts Alex Jones and Jermaine Jenas chatted to the trio, they were left giggling as they reminisced on the 'scary' moment they had to walk through the door and face MasterChef judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace.
However, Sam was quick to open up on the personal connection she had to the show and why her appearance was even more poigniant after filming had wrapped.
The legendary model revealed that her sister, who had been the inspiration behind one of the dishes she cooked on the show, passed away shortly after filming of the programme had completed.

Sam said: "I'd practised [for MasterChef] for a good couple of weeks with my sister as my sister is a fantastic cook.
"She's always done the best Cottage Pie ever and so we practised together and I taped it - she's my younger sister, you can hear her bossing me around and going 'you've got to clear as you go, clear as you go!'
"Unfortunately, I lost my sister just after the filming of MasterChef.
"So yeah, my Cottage Pie was my sister's recipe and I've still got all of her pots and all of her mash potatoes things."

The brave star then added: "She's gonna be so proud and she was so proud when I got the show because she's a massive fan of the show."
Sam went onto admit that her sister was such a huge fan of Gregg, she even managed to get a follow back from the star on Instagram.
Model turned singer Sam will appear on the show in the coming weeks whilst Dani and Richie face off in the very first heat to see if they have what it takes to survive the heat of the kitchen.
