THE Chase's Jenny Ryan is 'taking a break' from the ITV game show to pursue other projects - with a fabulous twist.
The TV star joined the ladies of the ITV daytime programme Loose Women and announced her new cabaret gig at the Edinburgh Fringe festival.
Kaye Adams introduced the 'Quizzing brain box vixen' to the panel, which consisted of hosts Coleen Nolan, Charlene White and Ruth Langsford.
Kaye began: "She (Jenny) is taking a break from tea time telly and trying a hand at cabaret crooning for a new show at the Edinburgh Fringe festival."
Jenny then walked onto the stage wearing a green blazer with a white top and black trousers and sat down with the ladies as the audience applauded.
The Ladies welcomed Jenny as she told them she was "excited" to be there.

Kaye continued: " Firstly, we knew you could sing from Celebrity Xfactor back in 2019, but this is quite a big diversion for you."
Jenny replied: " It is, I kept getting asked after Xfactor, unfortunately, it hit at just the wrong time. Just before the thing happened, we all know what I mean."
Jenny starred on Celebrity Xfactor in 2019, and when she was axed from the show ahead of the finals after a string of amazing performances, the show received massive backlash from its fans.
She starred alongside Glee star Kevin McHale, disgraced former BBC presenter Martin Bashir, and Towie star Megan McKenna, who won the show.

She continued: "I do get asked really frequently when I meet people in the street or am grabbing a coffee "Oh, when am I going to hear you sing again." I've kind of taken my own initiative, and I've put this show together.
"With my MD Owen Mallon. We've created a nice evening to share with people and share all my stories and my songs."
Charlene then asked the 41-year-old: " How did you choose the songs? Are they from life experiences, or are they just favourite songs that you like?"
Jenny explained: "There are some of my favourite songs that I enjoy singing, but we've also made it into a narrative, so it's all most telling the story of how I got to where I am now."
The ladies continued to discuss her upcoming performance as Jenny revealed she would take a small break from The Chase to perform at the capital.
She will perform her show, Out of the Box, at the Gilded Baloon for the arts festival from August 19 until 28.
The Chase star then treated the ladies and studio audience to a performance of 'When You're Good To Mama' sung by the character Mama Morton from the musical Chicago.
