Countryfile in surprise crossover as Adam Henson poses on farm with ‘legendary’ rival TV star

COUNTRYFILE presenter Adam Henderson has shared a surprising snap of himself posing at his Cotswold family farm alongside Channel 5 rival Graeme Hall.

Adam, 57, has been a presenter on the BBC’s Sunday agricultural show for over two decades.

He’s remained very passionate about his role in the show during that time. “It is thrilling to be part of a programme that has gone from strength to strength and now regularly receives 6-7 million viewers,” he said on his website.

Adam often presents Countryfile from his family farm, Cotswold Farm Park, bringing his own experiences to the programme.

However, yesterday he surprised viewers with something new on his social media.

“Always a pleasure to catch up with [Graeme Hall] on the farm!” he wrote on Instagram alongside a snap of himself and the fellow TV personality posing with a cow.

Graeme, 55, presents Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly on Channel 5 and has been dubbed “the Dogfather” for his expertise in canine behaviour.

In the reality series, Graeme uses his expertise to help find long-lasting solutions for dogs with behavioural problems.

Although the show is much newer than Countryfile, it immediately proved popular after it premiered in 2017.

But Graeme doesn’t just take care of dogs. He was photographed on Adam’s farm, getting his hands dirty taking care of other animals.

The Channel 5 star shared a snap of himself, holding out his hand to a calf who was sticking his tongue out at him.

“Not sure this can be beaten,” he wrote alongside the picture.

Fans expressed their support for the surprising real-life crossover, which took place at Adam’s farm on Tuesday 8 August.

“Great. Lucky you. We think he is brilliant!” one fan said in support of Graeme’s team up with Adam.

But, only time will tell whether Graeme was just visiting the farm or if he will actually be appearing on an episode of Countryfile, too.

And, while Graeme loved his time on the farm, don’t expect him to be giving up his day job, those badly behaved dogs need him!
