THIS is the excruciating moment BBC News accidentally aired a presenter's outtakes - as she swore in the middle of a live broadcast.
On Thursday, anchor Matthew Amroliwala hosted the news and gave an update on the PSNI date breach, panning to presenter Charlotte Gallagher.
After failing to show a video package, he said: "Well apologies we can't bring you that clip, but our correspondent Charlotte Gallagher has this report."
The screen then cut to Charlotte who was broadcasting from the BBC Northern Ireland newsroom.
She started to launch into her piece about the data breach, but then tripped over her words and started again.
It soon became apparent that this wasn't the finished package that should have been broadcast, as she stopped again and said: "I can't get my words out...f***."

She was then seen rolling her tongue over her teeth as she composed herself and started again, before the footage quickly cut back to Matthew in the studio.
He said: "Well apologies there for that confusion, that was our correspondent Charlotte Gallagher, she's been monitoring what's been happening there at that news conference.
"We will get more on that here in the next little while."
The blunder was immediately picked up on X - formerly Twitter - with one writing alongside a clip of the moment: "Oh no... out-takes making it to air."

Another tweeted: "Been a few of these technical issues on the beeb recently. Wonder what's going wrong."
A third shared: "I feel like I've just got a glimpse into your own personal hell."
But another praised both journalists, writing: "Bless her - bet she was mortified when she realised that had gone out! @amroliwalabbc cool under pressure as ever!"
