MAFS UK star Gemma Rose has shown off her incredible three stone weight loss, 13 weeks after undergoing a gastric sleeve operation.

Gemma, 31, who appeared on the E4 show last year, took to Instagram to share some before and after pics.

Gemma headed off to Turkey to go under the knife.

The reality star revealed some snaps of her slimmed down frame after the surgery on her social media.

In one picture, Gemma posed in just a pair of black knickers with bandages on her stomach.

This was preceded by a mirror selfie of her in a sheer floral dress, which showed off her shrinking waist.

She wrote in her caption, "13 weeks post op for my gastric sleeve with @booking_surgery.

"Lost 3 stone 3 lbs. Gained a whole new lease of life and freedom from the chains of my intestines disease Bile acid malabsorption after having my gall bladder removed.

"(Please don’t ask me for medical advice - speak to a GP about concerns or similarities)

"Feeling happy and healthy. Please do your research on what you eat after we are all different, I can’t advise everyone again I can only share my experience and result I am not a medical professional.

"I take supplements get yourself an all in one and @glowwa hair skin and nails every day and aim to get 60grams of protein a day. This also prevents hair loss.

"I prioritise protein when I eat, (most of the time) we are all human and I still crave certain things.

"Getting used to this new way of life and the mental struggles of fast weight loss.

"I aim to loose a stone and a half more I may loose a little more but I will gain again after as my portions increase in time.

"The sleeve is a tool, trust me you can stall in weight loss and there are certain foods you can eat lots of like chocolate and crisps so it’s not fool proof but I try and utilise this as much as possible. This has been once in a lifetime for me."

Gemma suffered a failed marriage to Matt Murray during her time on the programme - but is now in a relationship with Jordan Bishop, who isn't in the public eye.

She has since been spotted on adult-only site OnlyFans.
