But the show will be back from next week

The programme has been missing from schedules for weeks after it took an extended break over the summer.

Alex Jones, Jermaine Jenas and Ronan Keating are the regular hosts of the programme and will be back on screens from tomorrow in a move set to delight fans.

The trio will have been enjoying some much-needed down time from the show which broadcasts week nightly at 7:00pm.

In total, the programme will have been off-air for three weeks

In recent weeks, the programme has been replaced by episodes of Rip Off Britian.

Angela Rippon, Julia Somerville and Gloria Hunniford have been both abroad and the UK with their expert advice and case studies as they looked at quick and unfortunate scams hitting Brits.

The One Show‘s return sees the BBC schedules return to normal after a series of shake-ups over the past few weeks.

The broadcaster’s once-flagship show, soap EastEnders, has been hit by a scheduling crisis this year after being booted out of its regular slot on a number of occasions.

Episodes this week have been aired unconventionally – sparking fury from fans.

The soap has been dumped from its usual slot in place of the World Athletics Championships.

BBC One’s evening schedule will air live coverage from Budapest where the competition is being held.
