Huge ITV talk show returning to screens with ‘legendary’ celeb – and it’s just months away

A MAJOR ITV show is returning to screens with a “legendary” celebrity – and it’s just around the corner.

Adele was the last star to appear in the previous special, performing songs from her new album “30,” including the lead single “Easy On Me.”

ITV have now confirmed the popular series will return sooner than viewers think.

An Audience With, the entertainment TV show in which a presenter, usually a celebrity or comedian, performs in front of an invited audience, will make it’s comeback near the end of the year.

Speaking about the programme returning at the Edinburgh Television Festival, ITV execs said: “lso coming up in towards the end of the year, we’ve got another audience with, we’re really excited. I can’t say who it’s with… they’re a great name. A legend.”

Adele’s one-off special was recorded at the London Palladium on November 6, 2021.

Her sports agent boyfriend Rich Paul joined the Someone Like You superstar for her first UK visit in two years.

The Easy On Me singer was joined by a raft of A-list stars.

Idris Elba and Michael McIntyre were among the celebrities in the crowd which also included Dame Emma Thompson who was seen dancing along to an Adele sang.

Other guests at the star-studded comeback show also included Stormzy, Mel B, Naomi Campbell and England Manager Gareth Southgate.

After her reunion, audience members told how Adele asked her comedian pal Alan Carr to entertain the crowd while she had her make-up fixed.

They said: “Alan jumped on stage to take over while Adele — whose make-up had run — went to have it retouched.

Other names to have graced the station include, “Queen of Power Ballads”, Canadian singer Celine Dion.
