BBC BREAKFAST descended into chaos this morning as Jon and Sally were missing from the sofa as familiar faces stepped in.
The flagship programme had a major shake-up this morning as the regular stars were missing from the studio.
Instead, Ben Boulos and Tina Daheley were in the Salford studio bringing viewers the latest news.
Jon, 53, was on the show, albeit in a different location for a special programme on water pollution.
Both he and the show's beloved weather presenter Carol Kirkwood, 61, were live from Langstone Harbour in Portsmouth.
Sally Nugent did not appear on the programme at all.
