GEORDIE Shore's Bethan Kershaw has been praised by fans after showing off her real body in a thong bikini and telling them 'you don't have to be skinny to have fun'.
The body-positive former reality star encouraged followers to embrace their stomach rolls at the beach in a new video she shared to Instagram.
The 28-year-old initially hid under a grey towel in the clip, before stripping down to her thong bikini.
While covering her body she gave examples of insecurities people face during the summer.
Captions written over the video said: "I wish I was skinny. I can't, I'm too fat. I don't like my belly rolls."
The northern lass looked around the beach nervously in the clip, and hugged her knees to her chest to avoid exposing her tummy.
