GEMMA Atkinson broke down in tears during her W Channel show in heart-wrenching scenes.
The actress, 38, recently became a mum for the second time, giving birth to a baby boy.

Gemma shares baby Thiago with her Strictly Come Dancing pro fiancé Gorka Marquez.
The couple's brand new W Channel show has been documenting how the family adjust with having a newborn and their busy work schedules.
But during Wednesday's show it all got too much for Gemma who was reduced to tears.
Gorka had to return to work following Thiago's birth, leaving Gemma to manage the baby and her four-year-old daughter Mia.

In a video diary, she said: "That's him gone, five days.
"I'm always making jokes like 'go' because I know it's harder for him."
As tears started to roll down Gemma's face, she joked: "It's just hormones."
She continued: "I know Mia, bless her, will miss him the most, but this is real life for so many families.

"But we'll be fine. Thiago's asleep, Mia's at a party, I've got me coffee."
The former Hollyoaks star then dried her tears and stuck an episode of Friends on, declaring she needed to "watch something fun".
Meanwhile, Gemma was recently forced to defend her decision to stop breast feeding after five weeks following mum-shaming.
She revealed her baby is now bottle fed – admitting it is ‘easier’ and ‘less stressful’ for her as she solo parents while Gorka is away working.
