Strictly’s Janette Manrara cruelly mum-shamed as she works out 12 weeks after giving birth
JANETTE Manrara has been cruelly mum-shamed after posting a clip of her working out 12 weeks after giving birth.
The Strictly It Takes Two presenter, 39, welcomed her first child, daughter Lyra Rose, with husband Aljaz Skorjanec at the end of July.
Former show professional Janette took to Instagram to share a video from a recent session and told fans she had started a new 12 week programme.
Alongside the post she wrote: "It’s scary to get back into training after so long because my body has definitely changed since Lyra, but I would not have it any other way!"
While many fans were quick to praise Janette, some were more critical of her working out so soon after having a baby.
One wrote: "Listen to your body and don't overdo it.
