NADIYA Hussain has snubbed the Great British Bake Off admitting she refuses to watch it after starring on the show 'ruined' the experience.
Nadiya was crowned Bake Off champion in 2015 when the show was still on the BBC.
Since her victory, the show moved to Channel 4 and Prue Leith took over from Mary Berry as a judge alongside Paul Hollywood.
But despite winning Bake Off, Nadiya has admitted she no longer watches the show that made her famous.
Speaking to , she said: "I stopped watching a few years ago, because working in telly ruins the viewing experience – I pick it apart in a way I never used to."
However, she was happy to give advice to the new batch of bakers heading into the tent when the show returns next week.

She said: "I’d say enjoy every second, because you’ll never get to do anything like that again."
Nadiya has become one of the biggest success stories from Bake Off, releasing eight cookbooks, a range of children’s books, and hosting her own BBC cooking show.
However, she admits there have been some downsides to her fame, revealing: "I try not to regret, but I am human.
"When I started out, my daughter was five. I have missed certain parts of my kids’ lives but I’ve also been able to find myself and, as they grow, I realise everything I’ve done has been for a reason."

Meanwhile, the full line up of bakers for the 2023 series has been revealed, including the show's first ever deaf contestant.
Prue and Paul return as judges, while Noel Fielding is back as a host but this year he will be joined by Alison Hammond, who has taken over from Matt Lucas as his co-presenter.
The Great British Bake Off begins Tuesday September 26 at 8pm on Channel 4.
