I was a huge soap star in one of the show’s most emotional storylines – now I’ve got a very different normal career
A FORMER Coronation Street star has revealed they've swapped acting for a very different career.
Coronation Street fans will remember Nicky Wheatley who joined the soap as a sex worker before turning her life around - only to have her past catch up with her.
Kimberly Hart-Simpson, who played Nicky, left the ITV show last year and now works in reupholstering.
She took to Instagram to reveal she recently took a big step in her new career.
Sharing a snap of her holding some keys, Kimberly wrote: "Today I got the keys to my new office for Hart-Work.
"The space is going to allow me to do so much more reupholstering and content.
