MAFS UK’s Luke Worley reveals the real reason JJ ‘snubbed’ wife Bianca before huge Ella Morgan feud

MARRIED At First Sight star Luke Worley has revealed why JJ Slater didn't see wife Bianca Petronzi for days before their huge dinner party spat.

The former couple clashed in a fiery meet-up earlier in the series that saw Nathanial Valentino quit the show after it emerged his wife Ella Morgan had been secretly exchanging texts with JJ.

The texts were apparently sent while JJ was away from Bianca, the reason for which was never fully explained to viewers.

Now in a chat with Towie star vlog, Luke has explained what really happened.

He said: "JJ had to spend two days away from Bianca 'cos of JJ's mental health. I've asked him if I can talk about it.

"He was struggling with his mental health and the welfare and psychologist, I believe, told him to take two days away, that's the reason he took two days away from Bianca. I knew that, the cast knew that, Jordan knew that."

JJ's deteriorating mental health came as he struggled to deal with his new relationship and the fact he didn't feel an instant romantic connection with Bianca.

Saying what viewers were thinking, Jordan said: "But it didn't really get portrayed like that."

Luke agreed. He then said that while he didn't condone JJ and Ella's behaviour, he didn't believe JJ was given a chance to talk things through with Bianca before their dramatic fallout.

He blamed rival Jordan Gayle for stirring things in Bianca's ear in a bid to secure more screen time and accused him of "throwing JJ under the bus".

In one of the most memorable episodes so far, mild mannered Bianca erupted when JJ and Ella returned to the dinner table together after their secret correspondence had come to light.

While both apologised to her in front of the group, Bianca wasn't having any of it.

She raged at Ella: "You're not really a girls' girl if you come for other people's men. I think you're both disgusting for what you've done. You can both go f**k yourselves. I don't want to hear your sh*tty speech because it means fuck all to me so f**k off."
