Channel 4 ‘scraps celebrity game show’ despite line-up of huge TV stars
CHANNEL 4 has scraped yet another format from the network, despite an impressive lineup of famous faces.
Fame In The Family is the series which aired in afternoons on the network in the Spring of last year.
Some of the biggest names in television took part in the Channel 4 series, which include Craig Revel Horwood, Christopher Biggins, Shaun Ryder, Kerry Katona and Anne Widdecombe.
Other stars included Neil 'Razor' Ruddock, Rustie Lee, AJ and Curtis Pritchard, James Argent and Carl Fogarty.
However it appears as though the series will not return to the commercial broadcaster.
has reported that the series is "unlikely to return" for a second instalment.

As part of the show, one celebrity host would put on a special dinner for four guests they have never met.
The guests would have to play three games of a fact-finding nature that would reveal more personal details about the host.
This would include biography, memories of childhood and family history to help them work out who is related to the star.
At the end of the party, the contributors would have to make a final guess as to who they think is related to the star.

The DNA results would then be revealed and those who get it right win part of the cash prize of a thousand-pounds.
But one of the guests will also goes home with something that is priceless, fame in their family.
However, the outlet reports that the cancellation has not been confirmed and the show is still available to watch in full online.
The Sun has approached Channel 4 for comment.
