GEMMA Atkinson stunned fans as she stripped down to a swimsuit for a freezing ice bath.
Soap star Gemma, 38, gasped as she climbed into a tub in her garden for her latest Instagram post.
The TV personality had her daughter Mia, four, by her side while taking the dip.
She chatted away to her eldest child and layered the clip against Kerri Brown's A Letter to My Daughter.
Gemma wrote in her caption, "I used to think that parenting and self care had to be one or the other, but I’ve slowly realised it doesn’t.
"Involving and showing Mia some of my self care routine is only teaching her good habits, and it’s still parenting.

"She loves being my little cheerleader with my ice baths. There’s no better feeling for me."
The Hollyoaks alum shares Mia with her husband Gorka Márquez, 33. She gave birth to their second child Thiago in July.
Gemma recently hit back at mum-shamers after she revealed what she lets her four-year-old daughter watch on TV.
She shared a picture of her little girl Mia watching CrossFit games on the telly.

But one unhappy follower questioned Gemma's parenting skills and said the youngster should be watching kids programmes instead of fitness shows.
The concerned fan went on to say that they worried it would cause "body conscious" issues later down the line.
One follower privately messaged the star and asked: "Are you not afraid that you are going to make her body conscious watching all that TV, she should be watching kids programmes."
Gemma shared the DM on her Instagram Stories and hit back, writing: "I received this message about Mia loving CrossFit.
"The 'should be watching kids programmes' baffled me a little.
"One of our friends is one of the best CrossFit athletes in the world and whenever she's been to stay with us, Mia has looked up to her in awe of her physical strength and capabilities in regards to gymnastics etc."
