Love Island’s Olivia Bowen reveals stunning new jungle-themed bedroom transformation for son
The star was recently cruelly mum-shamed
LOVE Island star Olivia Bowen admitted she’d been “crying” after transforming her son’s nursery into a toddler bedroom.
The ITV2 show star, 29 is married to co-star Alex Bowen, 32 – and the pair share son Abel, born in June 2022.
The Love Island winner and proud mum has now taken to her Instagram page to reveal her tot’s new jungle-themed sleep space as he nears one-and-a-half years old.
As well as sharing an array of snaps, Olivia was candid in depicting her emotions.
She confessed: “Hands up if you’ve been crying all morning over a toddler bed.
“Time literally flies doesn’t it! Abel has been escaping out of his crib & he’s just way too tall for it now, so this morning we changed it into a toddler bed!
“I had to post it as this is his crib from @silvercrossuk called the Westport, it turns into this toddler bed when you need it!
“Which has been fab for us as it was such a shock that he started to climb out we didn’t get a chance to breathe! I am so obsessed with his new little set up though it’s so cute.”
She then added: “We’ve just popped to John Lewis to grab some side guards as he would roll straight out otherwise.”
The images showed the stylish wooden bed perched on a parquet floor and adorned with a rainbow-print bedspread.
A selection of mobiles hung from the ceiling while a cosy cushion was perched on the floor.
A huge cuddly toy giraffe stood by the chest of drawers while other stuffed animals were scattered around the room.
Abel’s cosy dressing down hung on the wall while a plaque stating the word Dream is positioned over his bed.
A grey chair finishes off the space and is perfect for story-time.
Olivia also gave a glimpse at Abel’s initial cot, with white side-panels.
Recently, the star was cruelly mum-shamed – yet she swiftly clapped back.
