Married At First Sight groom rushed to medics after brutal dumping
A MARRIED At First Sight favourite required swift medical attention after a particularly brutal re-coupling ceremony.
The groom was hit by "waves of emotional pain" after his partner through the series admitted she had come to the realisation she wanted to have kids - just not with him.
Both Rozz Darlington, 28, and Thomas Kriaras, 27, left MAFS fans in floods of tears with their break-up.
Initially, the florist from Crewe told her husband that she was questioning whether she's ready to be married.
During homestays week when the couple met each other's families Roz started to have doubts about their relationship, which ended with her deciding to write leave during the final commitment ceremony.
Thomas has now told how medics needed to "take him out" as he struggled to process the outcome.

He said: "I got to say goodbye to everyone and then I reached Paul and JJ and hugged Paul and I basically burst into tears into his shirt, ruining it. Bless Paul.
"And then I was just crying with JJ rubbing my back and holding my hand.
"Eventually, I had the medic take me out.
"I had to have the medic take me out to get me out of there."

He added: "Basically, I just said that I wanted to go so they got me a taxi, got my stuff and I left from that commitment ceremony, which is usually not what you do. You usually wait until the next day.
"'I need to get out here,' I thought. It's like everywhere you look. It's like the haunted memory of a dead relationship. And I felt like someone had died. That's how I felt it felt like I was grieving so hard."
Last week, Thomas first broke his silence after the pair's heartbreaking split was aired.
After it hit screens, Thomas proved he had no hard feelings as he took to Instagram with a lengthy post.
Alongside a video echoing the same points, he wrote, "Tonight was really hard. I could only watch snippets on my phone from the garage whilst working out haha.
"During my time with @rozzdarlington, I struggled massively to open myself up. It’s something I’ve always struggled to do. My mum says hugging my is like hugging an ironing board sometimes hahaha.
"But with @rozzdarlington, she made me feel safe to do so. She taught me to be open and honest, something I’ve really struggled to do, especially in relationships.
"She gave me my confidence back. Something I will forever be thankful for. She showed me I could really give my heart to someone completely and fully. I am sure I did that with her.
"I’m sad but @rozzdarlington you’ve given me so much and you’ve nothing to be sorry for."

The couple's relationship had been rocky from the start after Rozz admitted that she didn't find Thomas attractive.
However, after working on their connection and experimenting in the bedroom, the couple quickly became a fan favourite.
