Danny Cipriani ‘pulled out of I’m A Celeb’ amid breakdown of his marriage to Victoria Rose – despite ‘six figure fee’
DANNY Cipriani was reportedly set to enter the I'm a Celebrity jungle this weekend - but pulled out after the breakdown of his marriage.
It was revealed last week that rugby ace Danny, 36, had split from wife Victoria Rose three years after tying the knot.
Now, with the new series of I'm A Celeb set to kick off on Sunday, the say Danny had signed up for the show before things between him and Victoria, 42, turned sour.
It also said a "six-figure" appearance fee has been discussed. However, a show insider insisted Danny was never going to appear on this year's series.
A source said in August: "He will be the hunk of the line-up and already there is talk of him and shower scenes amongst staff working on the programme."
Instead, Nigel Farage, Marvin Humes, Nick Pickard and Sam Thompson, Frankie Dettori and Tony Bellow make up the men heading into the jungle.

Danielle Harold, Nella Rose, Grace Dent, Jamie Lynn Spears and Josie Gibson complete the line-up of ladies hoping to be crowned Queen of the Jungle.
It was reported that Danny and Victoria officially separated weeks ago.
A source told the MailOnline that, up until the summer, all had been well in the marriage.
But they added: "Victoria had been increasingly unhappy over the last few months.
