GRACE Dent has quit the jungle just hours after admitting she wanted to "go home."
I'm A Celebrity star Grace Dent has left the jungle on "medical grounds" a statement said.
A spokesperson explained: "Unfortunately Grace Dent has left the show on medical grounds.
"She has been a great campmate and will be missed by her fellow celebrities and viewers alike."
It comes as Sam was left screaming after being bitten by a yabby during the trial in which he managed to secure 10 stars alongside Nella Rose.

ITV's welfare team 'stepped in' to help Grace Dent
ITV's welfare team felt they needed to step in to help Grace Dent ahead of her I'm A Celeb exit today.
A source told , "Grace decided to leave the jungle soon after it was announced that she would be doing the latest Bushtucker Trial.
They added: "It was mutually agreed upon that she would stand down from the competition, it was clear that she wasn't being herself, she had lost all energy when usually she's witty and fun to be around.
"ITV's duty of care and welfare teams had stepped in, and rightly so.
"She had struggled since living in the camp with less amenities, the weather this year has been particularly miserable and as a restaurant critic, not eating well proved to be harder than she could have ever imagined."
Grace was due to take part in tonight's trial, Down the Tubes.

Grace Dent was rushed through Brisbane Airport following her exit from the I'm A Celebrity jungle.
She was seen checking in with a large case, seemingly desperate to put distance between herself and the jungle.
A show source said: “She is feeling like s*** and just wants to get on the plane and sleep.”

Sam is currently in a relationship with former Love Island contestant Zara McDermott.
The pair starred together on Made In Chelsea and became an item in 2019.

Another added: "I don’t know what anyone else thinks but Grace looks really poorly tonight on I'm A Celeb she looks ready to quit."

When she first entered the show, Grace had to take on the height trial which she did well in.
She took on the brand new twist on Walk The Plank called Pole Position and the group Locker Shocker challenge.
She managed to win Touchdown of Terror when fellow campmate Nella Rose forfeited.
Despite needing medical attention when a cockroach crawled in her ear, triumphant Grace said: "I really needed that. I really needed to be good in that trial because I was really doubting myself."
Sunday's episode saw Grace get voted alongside Josie Gibson to take on Down The Tubes but it's not known if she completed this or not.

Before news came of her decision to quit the jungle, fans had expressed their concerns about Grace Dent's health.
One viewer insisted: "Grace needs to see a doctor looking ill!"

Grace Dent had a tough time in the jungle, but she still managed to see the humour in her difficult situation.
On Saturday night’s show, footage showed Nigel in his underpants taking a wash in the sink.
Grace laughed: “The worse thing is… it’s totally normal to me. I just feel like I’ve always seen Nigel Farage in his pants. I just feel like that’s always been part of my life.
“I can’t remember a time before Nigel Farage in his pants.”
