A MASTERCHEF: The Professionals contestant broke down in tears tonight after Gregg Wallace slammed her dish.
The BBC cooking competition returned tonight, challenging the aspiring chefs to create and present their own unique dishes to the judges.
Kasae prepared prawn chawanmushi, which is a prawn and custard dish with Bonito and Miso.
It was served with duck fat charred prawns, carrot curd, and pickled radish, crispy kale, and a truffle, wasabi and potato foam.
When it came to judging, Monica Galetti didn't seem impressed.
The celeb chef said: "Kasae the texture of the chawanmushi egg custard is just a little bit too set."

Next up to give the dish a try was Gregg Wallace, who unfortunately had a few complaints.
He candidly expressed that the eating experience 'was not fantastic'.
Gregg said: "I find it very subtle. Could have gone bigger on the pickling, sharper. I think we could've gone bigger on your custard. The foam, again it's subtle."
"Eating it isn't fantastic, I'm afraid."

Marcus Wareing also voiced his disappointment, mentioning that he wasn't getting 'enough fat' in the prawns, which left him wanting more.
"I'm not getting the fat in there," Marcus remarked.
"The custard here is the carrier of this dish, you need to pack that with huge flavour, and unfortunately you haven't done that," the judge added.
Later to the camera, Casae broke down in tears after the feedback from the judges.
"Oh no! I'm leaking," she said while fighting back the tears.
Casae told BBC viewers: "I wanted to prove myself in that calibre of chefs and to come out feeling a bit deflated and disappointed, it's not really what I was going for."
