It’s been claimed a woman named Nikki Shaw, who reportedly called for singer SAM SMITH “to be gassed”, was set to appear in the film about London’s 1928 floods.

Shared along with the claims around the “historian”, were photos of a woman doing the Nazi salute, and holding a lolly pop with a swastika on it.

Anti-racism campaigners Hope Not Hate claimed Shaw was due to be seen in the doc, called The Year The Thames Flooded, which was due to air on Sunday night.

A spokesperson told The Sun: “We will not be airing the film this evening while producers look into this.”
