KYM Marsh has broken her silence after bursting into tears on BBC's Morning Live about her father's cancer battle.
On Thursday's episode, Kym, 47, spoke about her dad David's terminal prostate cancer, which was first revealed in 2021.
Kym and co-host Gethin Jones were joined by David, 73, and her mum Pauline in the studio to raise awareness about the disease.
During the pre-recorded clip, Kym told viewers: "I wouldn't want to see anyone else go through this. I get more emotional than my dad does, he's so strong it's unbelievable.
"We know we've got to that point where they can't do anything else for him, and they said 'go and make memories with your family', and that's very much what we're doing."
Unfortunately David's cancer has now spread to his bones and he is no longer having treatment, with Kym describing him as "very frail now".

Following the episode, Kym took to social media to thank the show for helping highlight the need for men to get checked.
She wrote on X: "Thank you @bbcmorninglive for telling my dad's story so beautifully and to all the Morning Live viewers for all of your kind words and support for us. Means a lot."
She also said on the show: "One amazing thing about my dad now is that even now, as sick as he is, he still wants to do as much as he can to help other people.
"He wants to be able to say ‘Don’t leave it, you know if there’s something not right.’ Just go and get checked. Your dads, your uncles, your brothers, your sons. Please just get that message across.”
