Married At First Sight stars Matt and Shona reveal they’re ‘getting married’ just weeks after show ends
MARRIED At First Sight stars Shona Manderson and Matt Pilmoor are planning to get married – after dating in secret for months.
The Sun told how Shona, 31, had found love with the window cleaner, 29, despite tying the knot to different people on the show.
Viewers were left heartbroken as Shona, left the show because of her unhealthy relationship with Brad Skelly – whose behaviour was deemed controlling and manipulative by charity Women’s Aid.
And Matt married Adrienne Naylor, but the pair struggled to hit it off straight away.
Behind the scenes a new romance formed and Shone and Matt couldn’t be happier.
Matt told : “We definitely want to get married. Getting married abroad would be lovely but, logistically, we would do it in the UK for family coming and stuff like that.”

Shona continued: “Yeah, we’ve spoken about getting married. Matt has said he will wear a kilt because my family are Scottish. We would get married here in the UK and have an amazing honeymoon, maybe in Bali. We’ve spoken about engagement rings, we just need the money first.”
Matt added: “We do need the money, so there will be no ring anytime soon! But I would love to propose at some point... Let’s see how the next year goes in terms of finances. But it’s definitely on the cards!”
And the pair are already looking ahead to starting a family, admitting it could happen in the “next few years”.
“It’s mental, but when you know, you know, and it just works. And it can move at a healthy pace. I don’t even feel scared about anything,” explained Shona.
