Fresh heartbreak for Helen Skelton as ex Richie Myler reveals he’s building ‘dream home’ with new partner

HELEN Skelton is set to suffer fresh heartbreak after her ex-husband Richie Myler revealed he’s building a ‘dream home’ with his new partner.

Presenter Helen, 40, separated from Richie, 33, last April after more than eight years of marriage, and shortly after the birth of their third child.

The rugby league ace soon began dating Stephanie Thirkill, 33, whose millionaire father Andrew Thirkill is president of his club, Leeds Rhinos.

In his latest Instagram Story, the sportsman shared some snaps from the derelict property and its muddy garden.

Helen wrote at the time of their split, “Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children.”

The Sun reported that Richie had quickly embarked on a romance with a mystery new woman who we later revealed to be successful marketing executive Stephanie.

The new couple announced they were expecting their first child with a post to social media, with Richie thought to have told Helen the news just days before.

Before the pair broke up they were busy renovating a house in Yorkshire near their family home, and were just too busy to spend quality time together.

According to , Helen said: “No… We’re not in the house together – we are staying out of each other’s way.

“We say this is the dream as we have breakfast, lunch and dinner together but then look after the kids in shifts.

“You appreciate the other in this situation. I don’t think he’ll ever say again, ‘What do you do with the kids all day?’ Sometimes I would get in from work and he’d be that husband that would look at the kitchen and say, ‘How is this still a mess when she’s been off all day?’

“Now he’s done it he’s like, ‘How does she stay sane?'”
