The 20-year-old previously confirmed their romance on Instagram with a picture of the pair holidaying in Dubai.
However recently, speaking on the red carpet at The Beauty Awards 2023, Gemma revealed she is no longer dating the boxer.
The reality TV star said: "I am absolutely single, I'm not dating anyone. I'm not in a relationship. Just living my best life, on my own."
Last month, boxer Aadam, 23, who is following in his father’s footsteps in the ring, posted a selfie of the couple by the pool. They had earlier enjoyed a dinner date at five star luxury seafood restaurant Nammos.
A source said Aadam, who made his professional debut in August with a first-round win, was smitten with Gemma,
The source said: “They’ve been getting close for a while but this Dubai trip is them making it properly official.
“He’s not had many serious girlfriends but he’s really serious about her. They’re smitten with one another."
Gemma came second place on Love Island 2022 with her previous ex-boyfriend Luca Bish.
She took to her Instagram account last year to publicly announce the news of her separation from Luca.
