Strictly Christmas special star Keisha Buchanan reveals backstage struggle saying ‘its the one thing I’m nervous about’
STRICTLY Come Dancing's Christmas Day special is just days away - and Keisha Buchanan has already faced her dancing fears.
Six celebrities, including Sugababes singer Keisha, will be twirling onto the Strictly Come Dancing dance floor, however the pop favourite has admitted that it isn't all glitz and glamour and instead is quite daunting.
Despite her performance prowess, Keisha has admitted that her preparation for the show has been a "humbling" experience.
Chatting about the special, Keisha, 39, revealed she is nervous and, surprisingly, hasn't had much dancing experience.
When asked about her pre-show nerves, she said: "Well I feel like I have struggled and haven’t had that much time to rehearse. I definitely think that's one thing that I am nervous about."
She also went on to reveal: "I have never had any dance training."

Keisha also explained how she had already graced the Strictly ballroom, for very different circumstances.
She said: "I’ve been here before to perform with the Sugababes for the main show, but this is a very different feeling.
"Now I feel like I'm here as a student. It's definitely a learning experience, a very humbling experience.
"I'm enjoying the feeling, everyone's made it so comfortable for me. It's probably the best working environment I've ever been in."

Keisha has had a year to remember with the noughties pop group, including a sold out O2 Arena show.
She will be performing with show stalwart Gorka Márquez and competing against Doctor Who star Tillie Amartey, Rugby ace Danny Cipriani, TV presenter Dan Snow, BBC Breakfast favourite Sally Nugent and EastEnders actor Jamie Borthwick.
She said of the show: "I am so excited to be taking part, and over Christmas too, my favourite time of the year! I am looking forward to learning some new moves and embracing the dancefloor!”
The 'Push The Button' hit makers made a sparkling return to the limelight last summer and played a 17-date UK tour, which included a stop at Glastonbury before taking on more festivals this year.
They also released their first album since 2010 - The Lost Tapes - which rocketed to number two on the iTunes chart.
The Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special will air on BBC One and BBC iPlayer on Christmas Day.
