For months, seven possible male victims have been teased as well as six possible female murderers.

In the wake of the events from yesterday evening, fans were convinced that Jack Branning was set to be the victim.

Amid Jack's marriage troubles with Denise and a series of betrayals, fans suspect he may become a murder victim.

His affair with Stacey, blackmail involving Amy's mental health, and betrayal of Suki and Eve point to a complex web of events, raising anticipation for potential revenge from Stacey, Suki, and Denise.

At the end of last night's episode, we witnessed the majority of the potential victims standing and observing the Walford choir's performance in the Square.

Rocky, Keanu, and Dean stood on the opposite side of the Square gates, appearing almost as if they were behind bars, while Ravi and Nish stayed in their police cells.

Jack stood alone inside the gates, next to most of the women.

One fan wrote: "Denise and Stacey both hate jack… could it be him on the floor at Christmas??"

Another added: "Surely they’re making it too obvious Jack is the body? I refuse to believe they’d kill him off right before his own daughter returns."

A third penned: "Are you ready to die Jack Branning."

A fourth added: "Got a bad feeling it’s gonna be Jack oh my god."

A fifth echoed: "It has to be Jack calling it now!!"

Earlier this year, in February, a glimpse into the future revealed that a yet-to-be-identified male character would meet his demise at The Queen Vic during the Christmas season.

Present at the crime scene were Suki Panesar, Kathy Beale, Linda Carter, Denise Fox, Stacey Slater, and Sharon Watts.
