JAMIE Lomas has revealed he hasn't seen his eldest son Billy in six years in a heartbreaking post.

The Hollyoaks star, 48, took to social media to mark his teenager's milestone 18th birthday.

Jamie, who plays Warren Fox, shared a montage of sweet snaps with his son to his 600k followers.

The Warren Fox character also penned a message telling fans "not a day goes by" where he doesn't think of Billy.

Jamie said: "To my first born Billy. Happy 18th birthday son. Sadly It's been 6 years since I've been able to see you.

"But there isn't a day goes by that I don't think about you and look back on our great times together.

"I miss you everyday and I love you with everything I have. I hope with all my heart you get to see this and that one day we will be reunited again.

"I hope you have a wonderful birthday son and have a great time whatever you do and just know I will be thinking of you and that your family misses you."

He added: "A big shout out to all the dads out there that are struggling because they don't get to see their kids. I feel your pain!"

Jamie also , whom he shares with former Coronation Street actress Kym Marsh.

While the hunk is best known for his role in Hollyoaks, he's also starred in another show away from the Channel 4 soap.

He played Jake Stone in EastEnders and was a staple of the BBC One soap for two years before departing in 2015.

In 2017 he appeared on I'm A Celebrity and narrowly missed out on the title of King of the Jungle, coming in second place to Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo.
