CORONATION Street's real life couple Sally Carman and Joe Duttine have set off for a romantic holiday to Edinburgh.
The couple took to Instagram to show off snaps from their break together.
Some of the images Sally captured include the Edinburgh streets, a pub, a festively decorated living room, and moments with Joe.
Sally, 42 who is best known for playing Abi Franklin, captioned the post: "Counting my blessings and wishing you more. Happy New Year to you all."
One fan commented: "You look lovely. Happy new year to you and Joe xx."
Another added: "Absolutely stunning. happy new year to you both!"

It comes after Sally and Joe finally married last year after being forced to put their wedding on hold.
The Coronation Street star and the Tim Metcalfe actor shared their happy news on Instagram alongside snaps of their wedding.
Sally posted a photo of the newlyweds sharing a kiss inside their wedding venue with dozens of balloons surrounding the couple.
It comes after the couple revealed they were engaged in March 2020.
Sally and Joe were pictured in August 2018 holding hands with The Sun confirming that they hit it off while filming Coronation Street in Manchester before going on a string of secret dates.
